PHILOSOPHY

An evidence based holistic model that incorporates mental and physical fitness via exercise, meditation, nutrition, thought restructuring, organization, and practical problem solving to improve health, resiliency, and the ability to thrive. 

METHODS

Therapy and coaching sessions in person at the office or virtually via Telehealth.  Walk n' Talk (walking sessions) is back too! 

 

RESULTS

 We will develop a plan utilizing evidence based techniques proven to reduce unhealthy thoughts and behaviors and increase healthy ones.
