Gregory H. Salerian, LCSW | Founder & CEO | Lead

Gregory is the founder of Center for Behavioral Fitness and the creator of a science-based, habit-centered approach to behavioral health and performance enhancement. Grounded in both clinical expertise and lived experience, Gregory helps individuals and systems move beyond coping — toward clarity, fulfillment, and competitive edge.

His work integrates brain science, behavioral concepts, and targeted habits to build mental stamina, emotional agility, and behavioral consistency — the foundations of sustainable high performance and fulfillment. Most recently Gregory is exploring opportunities with forward-thinking organizations to elevate well-being and workplace effectiveness alike, creating cultures where resilience, focus, and innovation can thrive.

Gregory’s methodology emerged from his own transformation — a hard-fought journey from chronic stress and self-sabotage to purpose-driven discipline. He brings that same level of grit and precision to his work with clients. When he’s not leading behavioral change, Gregory is pushing his own limits through high-intensity fitness, entrepreneurship, artistry, and life as a devoted husband and father.

His guiding belief is in a brain forward approach - follow the research, train with intention, and everything else follows — performance, presence, and the power not to just get by, but to thrive.

Dr. Green | Chief Operating Officer

Dwana brings scientific rigor, visionary leadership, and strategic acumen to her role as Chief Operating Officer at the Center for Behavioral Fitness. A dynamic force in both public health and organizational performance, Dr. Green is known for integrating evidence-based methods with real-world solutions to drive measurable outcomes in behavioral health and human optimization.

With a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Tuskegee University and both a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology and a Doctor of Science from Tulane University, Dr. Green’s academic foundation is rooted in advanced scientific inquiry and population-level impact. Her doctoral work focused on the intersection of infectious and chronic diseases and the systemic inequities that shape health trajectories—a perspective she now channels into optimizing systems of care and human performance.

At CBF, Dr. Green leads with clarity, efficiency, and empathy—ensuring that the science-based principles of behavioral fitness are operationalized to the highest standard. Her leadership supports an elite standard of care where resilience, grit, and peak functioning are not just goals, but the baseline.
